in the unpleasant, I am not asking you to love "it"

I am asking you to love you

be you

you are love

in any disappointment

hurt

pain

unfairness

or unexpected unhappiness

in this moment

you are always you

 

choose you

your love

your kindness

your grace

your light

through it all

 

and when you are in anything that is unpleasant

remember

I am not asking you to do anything about "it"

I am asking you to be you

I am asking you to be love - the love you are    

 

you are love

you are light

 

simply love

simply be you

it is okay to center and pulse

and be myself

in the moment

 

I can't go back

but

it is okay to center and pulse

and be myself

now

 

what about going forward?   

it is okay to go forward

but

I don't have to focus on the future

 

simply center and pulse

and be self

in this moment

 

but sometimes I am afraid

 

sometimes I open

I get centered

in my I Am

and I freeze

I get stuck

 

I do not want to be stuck

 

it is okay to center and pulse

and be my I Am

and accept myself

and flow

 

it is okay to give and receive

and enjoy each moment

 

it is okay to choose the rhythm and pulse 

from the center of my I Am

and flow

 

it is always a gift

in being self

in the flow

and being I Am

 

it is always a gift

to shine 

as I Am

as light

 

I Am - I choose

light

in the joy

and even in the fear

I shine
