I am asking you to love you

be you

you are love

in any disappointment

hurt

pain

unfairness

or unexpected unhappiness

in this moment

you are always you

 

choose you

your love

your kindness

your grace

your light

through it all

 

and when you are in anything that is unpleasant

remember

I am not asking you to do anything about "it"

I am asking you to be you

I am asking you to be love - the love you are    

 

you are love

you are light

 

simply love

simply be you
