think about family members, friends, people you have recently interacted with
think about current news and world events
think about powerful leaders, movie stars, corporation leaders, government leaders, religious leaders
and if you are into energies beyond the beyond
think about those other beings like angels, aliens, other world beings
think about all those who are aware
think about all those who are not
look in the mirror
and look
look in the mirror
learn to sense, feel, and know the difference between your own unique energy signature and the energy you are taking on from others
and then differentiate your energy from those energies
and then choose to own you
and allow you to flow through you
as your own unique signature
now
look in the mirror
what do you see, sense, feel?
how old is the being looking back at you now?
is this you from the past: like the inner child, or past life, or ancient DNA self?
is this you from your present: like how things really are in this moment now?
is this you from the future: like how you see yourself someday in a future timeline?

differentiate your energy now from all other energies
differentiate from all other timelines
differentiate past timelines, inner child experiences, and future unfolding timelines
own you and your here and now moment
in this moment
clearly

what energy is flowing through you now?
is this
fear
pain
confusion
limitation
stubbornness
fight?
what is this radiating through you now?
is this you
your joy
light
wisdom
love?
what are you radiating
now?

differentiate your energy from all other energies
differentiate your energy from all other timelines
differentiate your energy from all the dynamics you are interacting with and empathing
individuate on all levels
and own how you sense, feel, think, and know
personally
about you

show up
