You Are The Dance

You are the dance
between what you are
and what you hold.

You are the dance
between what you are
and what you have created.

You are your physical experience,
sensory experience,
emotion, and thought.

You are a divine presence,
different from what was -
you are a divine presence that is right now.

Open to who you are with courage.
Become fully present to what you hold.
Open with dignity and grace.

Open to your wisdom.
Know your experience.
Know the essence of who you are from within each experience.

You are wisdom in fluid motion.
You are light fully gleaming.
You are joy truly radiating.
You are love fully being.

You are the dancer.
You are the dance.
You are love.
You are the light.

The Healing Waterfall

Acceptance transforms,
inner eye opens,
realizations are instant.
I am sitting in a meadow
that is high up in the mountains.

Silent for a while,
I get used to the freedom.
I welcome the open space.
I am calm.
I settle in.

There are sensations in my body.
I feel the joy. I feel the pain.
I am clear.  I am unsure.
What do I do?

I have time, endless time,
and so I open.
I allow.

Suddenly the rain,
falling rain, pouring rain,
creates a waterfall.
And so I open.

I get up, walk over,
stand for a moment
and then sit underneath the soothing flow.

My deeper pain comes up.
I let it come up into the light, into the healing flow.

Trauma turns to red, then to black, to brown,
and to gray.
My discomfort washes out of me
in a free-flowing cleansing fall.

Down the mountain,
over the cliff,
into the mist, it disappears.
Washing away, I allow.
Into the shadows it disappears
into the dark and empty void.

Letting go, I release.
I cleanse my system.
I am healing.
Releasing it all:
I am free.

Thoughts and feelings stirring,
all releasing, they all let go.
Suddenly disorientation and confusion overwhelm.
I question what.
I question why.

The old way is going.
Fading, releasing, fully releasing,
it is going, truly going,
and then suddenly it is gone.

The deepest part of me is free,
free to be,
and so I honor this new space.

It is freedom,
unfamiliar,
very strange,
I embrace the new.

Expansion creates new choices
and new ways outside the box.
No longer restricted,
I open deeper.
I accept me.

I breathe easier.
I am free.

Some People

Some people empathically connect with others.
Some people sense another’s true needs.
Some people attune and try to fill those needs.
Some people get overwhelmed and are unable to disconnect.

Some people find blessing in living beyond safety.
Some people disconnect and feel no pain.
Some people find worth in simply being.
Some people are light and simply radiate pure love.

Some people feel deeply and connect emotion to heart.
Some people see deeply and connect vision to spirit.
Some people hear deeply and connect notes to music.
Some people sense deeply and connect vibrations to light.

Some people like being in pure divine alignment.
Some people enjoy knowing the pure divine truth.
Some people live for divine mystery and experiment.
Some people know comfort in life's divine flow.

Too Exhausted To Love

It has been a long time holding up my sword.
It has been a long time holding up my guard.

It has been a long time refusing to play.
It has been a long time holding back my tears.

Dropping my sword is not that hard.
But opening my heart, this brings up my fears.

I feel so exhausted.  The sword has been heavy.
I feel so exhausted.  It has been so long.

I feel so exhausted - too exhausted to love.
How do I start again?  What will I do?

The time is different now.  There is a new way unfolding.
My transition takes time.  I want to rest.

I let down my sword.  I choose to open.
But I feel so exhausted, too exhausted to love.

The feelings are heavy.  I choose to let them in.
I can feel myself sinking.  Am I able to swim?

It is okay.  I choose to acknowledge.
I accept all rhythms.  I accept myself fully.

I accept my exhaustion.  I have compassion and grace.
I honor divine timing.  I have patience.  I can wait.

I honor the process.  I accept my light.
I honor the process.  I embrace my flow.

It won’t be long now.  I am healing.
It won't be long now.  This I know.

The Waiting Is Over

Inside I had a silent pact,
a silent protest,
a quiet calm.

I wanted the pain and suffering to end
before I played,
and so I waited.

I had many reasons to reject the joy.
I feared the hurt.
I was uncomfortable and blue.

I wanted to be safe.
I wanted life to get better.
I wanted my dreams to always come true.

But life was not helping.
Things were not getting better.
And so I waited.

I waited to open.
I waited to change.
I waited for peace and for life to get better.

My plan was simple or so I thought.
I would will to won’t.
I would be strong as a knot.

I would sacrifice and protest and never bow.
Life would get better, but I did not know how.

Time went by and to my surprise,
my resistance and sacrifice made me strong
I surmise.

But what I did not see was how I was stuck
or how I was attached to the discomfort in life.
I did not see how this choice caused my strife.

Then one day I awakened.  I decided to see.
I looked at my truth.
I saw the beauty that persisted.

I opened to love.
I saw the light.
It was always there, even though I resisted.

The wisdom and love bubbled up from inside.
It filled my heart.
I could no longer hide.

I felt the joy.
My love overflowed.
I was happy to know there would be no more waiting.

There was still resistance, but I did not force.
I acknowledged the path and offered a choice.
I invited each aspect of self into life and respected each voice.

Some aspects were unsure.
I gave them the space
to open to heart and accept a new place.

I honored myself.
I accepted what was.
I no longer had to be perfect in order to be me.

And so today my wait ends,
and gone is my fight,
as I welcome my new way of wisdom and light.

When The System Collapses

When the system collapses, I will hold space.
I will access my wisdom and love.
I will be me.

When the system collapses, I will hold space.
I will access my happiness, laughter, and joy.
I will step into a new way of being.

When the system collapses, I will hold space.
I will access my personal rainbow.
I will shine clear and true.

When the system collapses, I will hold space.
I will hold space for you to access your wisdom and light.

When the system collapses,
I will hold space for you to be you.

When the system collapses, I will hold space.
I will access my light.
I will be me.

The Angels Come

Angels come into the present;
divine beings holding space for us to connect.
Helping our patterns to become self-aware;
holding space for us to flow our true divine flow.

Angels come into the present;
divine beings holding space for us to dance.
Our human systems awaken,
and our love and wisdom flow.

Angels come into the present;
divine beings holding space for us to heal.
Igniting the songs coming to life from within us,
and sparking the divine music that we have always known.

Angels come into the present;
divine beings holding space for us to know.
We are the love and we are the light.
We are the wisdom of our true divine flow.
