- accepting the I can't

 

sometimes the doctors can't
sometimes the angels can't
sometimes I can't
in this situation, I can't
I can't fix it

overwhelmed and exhausted
I am tired
I am done trying
I let go
but
my temper tantrum fight is still trying 
trying to get control 
trying to fix it   

so I slow down
I sink in
I listen
I hear

some things just can't be fixed
some things I can't fix 
this is truth 
but will I accept that it is okay that I can't?  

I am close
accepting the wisdom of "can't" is a powerful step 
this is the step when I begin to let go  
this is the step when I let go and grieve  

when I let go and grieve, I am free
I am free to release
I am free to move forward

I am almost ready
it helps to remember that it is my choice
-to accept the honest I can't
-to let go of anything I can no longer control 
-to grieve and release any part of the past  
-to open and accept the new, now 
 
okay, I am ready
I choose    
I open to grace 
I allow new levels of help and support available to me
I allow new miracles and magic available to me
I allow new divine flows of wisdom, love, and light coming through me now  

I open and flow

new timings
new alignments

it is okay when you or your loved one (or anyone) says no

remember, in the energy of no, you are still you 
so keep being you  
and honor you and those around you
as you flow through it       

yes, it can hurt to let go
it can hurt to be suddenly disengaged  
it can hurt to feel abandoned
and it can be scary   

it is okay to let it be
it is okay to be self 
it is okay to be okay

remember
if you need to, you can leave 
and if you are left, it is okay too
you can let things be a mess 
you can heal and grow and transform
individually - alone 
individually - with others 
either way    

it is okay 
to be okay 
no matter what  

so always
be your self
be your true self 
through it all 
all the time
and continue to flow 

and shine your unique wisdom and love
in the middle of it all 
and be divine I Am
in each moment
as you dance
