sometimes it is not about being in control
sometimes I do not need to be in control
sometimes the instinct (to get control) is in the way

sometimes the control dynamic is what creates my struggle, fight, pain, and suffering    
sometimes it is better for me to own the true source of my discomfort
sometimes it is better to release that old way that created the source of my discomfort

sometimes is it better for me to choose a new way
sometimes it is better for me to choose a way of being that it more in alignment with me
sometimes it is better for me to own me, my true self, my true I Am
sometimes it is better to flow my true wisdom, love, and light calmly and honestly
in this moment
now
