are you in a fight you want to be in?
are you in a war you think is needed?

I am not here to stop your battle
I am here to help you feel it

I am not here to control you
I am here to remind you that you have choice    

yes
it can be hard to stop and feel it
it is often easier to continue to fight
power and control dynamics will continue to trigger
until you stop and make a choice
for you  

when you are ready
open
feel
sense
know

it is okay to open
it is okay to honor your dynamic
it is okay to move beyond your familiar
it is okay to awaken to what is truly happening
it is okay to awaken to your true self
 
when you awaken
it can hurt
are you afraid?

are you afraid of what hurts?
are you afraid of what you may discover?
are you afraid of what is coming up inside of you?  
are you afraid of the unknown?

when you awaken
you activate your I Am
you activate your wisdom, love, and light  
you activate support from all levels
physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual

so be clear
open
know
choose

you have help
you have support
you are more than any hurt
you are more than any fear
you are the light

within any situation
be your light
breathe your compassion  
and flow your pure grace

be truly present
sense you and your situation
feel what you are doing
experience what is truly happening
understand what you are doing
feel the consequences
and know your truth in deeper ways

now
in your deeper I Am space
truly choose
what is in alignment with you
in your moment

is it worth it
to sense
feel
know
your truth?

is it worth it
to awaken
to you
in each moment?  

it is your choice
to discover you
and to awaken and know
you
in deeper ways  

it is your choice
to choose you
now

it is your choice to set yourself free
and go forward as your true I Am
in each moment

So truly
I am not here to stop your battle
I am here to show you what happens
when you
feel you
sense you
know you

I am here to inspire you
to activate you
to support you
as you choose
how to act
when to act
why to act
in ways that free you
and support you
in living your best life

I am here to hold space for you
and love with you
as we awaken
and choose
and create
a new way
together
