primal instinct is your natural drive to get power and control over self and situation 

when you sense the loss of power and control, your fear gets triggered 

when your fear is triggered, you react 

when you react, you become lost in your reaction

 

reaction is like glue; you stick to the energy you are reacting to 

 

getting triggered

and getting stuck in your reaction

and becoming lost in your reaction

this is how you lose your freedom

this is how you lose yourself

 

lucky you can find yourself

you can regain your freedom

because

you are more than your primal instinct to control

you are more than your fear-based triggers

 

you are your wisdom, love, and light

you are your divine I Am

 

beyond your primal

you are divine

 

so if you are lost in your trigger

and feeling powerless and out of control

open to your wisdom, love, and light

flow through your primal instinct

and back into your divine I Am

and continue to flow through any fear

into your divine essence

and simply be

your I Am

consciously

 

own your I Am

be your I Am

flow your I Am

and

now you are free
