- I sense the pain

 

- I sense the pain

I sense the pain 
I try to control it
this only amps the pain 

I let go of control
I explore the divine flow  
this divine is unfamiliar to me
I get scared

the unfamiliar triggers anger
and fear 
and more pain 
and powerlessness 

I choose to open  
I open deeper  
I open to grace 

with courage 
and compassion
I breathe in more grace 
and truly listen  

this flow is new wisdom, love, and light      
taking me into the unpleasant   
I do not like it
but I understand

I am in overwhelm
I am in an old way that no longer works
and with the divine flow
I am guided
with compassion and grace 
to slow down
to own 
to choose
 
so I slow down
and with kindness and gentleness
I choose

I release my old way
and move forward  
into the light
of who I Am
and who I Am in divine alignment with 
now
