sometimes I just go and go and go 

sometimes I forget about me

 

sometimes I remember

it is okay to stop and reset

it is okay to stop and get back to me

 

today I reset

I get back into my here and now

I get back into my wisdom, love, and light

I get back into alignment with my whole self: body, emotions, mind, and spirit

I get back into my balanced and stabilized flow of divine I Am
